Syntellect Acquires Fluency Voice Technology

MARKHAM, Ontario, PHOENIX, Arizona and LONDON, England – Syntellect Limited, a division of Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL), announced today that it has acquired Fluency Voice Technology Ltd. of London, England.

Founded in 2001, privately held Fluency provides on-premise and hosted packaged speech recognition solutions for call centers to improve customer service and significantly reduce costs.
